FAQs
1. How does a subscription work?
We deliver seasonal bouquets on a subscription basis with no locked-in contracts. After your first delivery, you can redirect, pause, or cancel your subscription.
We offer free delivery in Canberra for flower subscriptions. For single bouquets, delivery in Canberra is charged at a flat-rate of $16.50.
2. When will my payment be charged?
Pay as you go (ongoing): You are charged for the first delivery on the order date. After that, payments automatically renew fortnightly or monthly, depending on your choice. There is no minimum commitment, and you can pause or cancel after the first delivery.
3 months (prepaid): You pay the full amount for three months upfront on the order date. Once your subscription has ended, it will not auto renew. If you cancel before the three months are complete, you will receive a refund for any undelivered bouquets to your original payment method.
3. When will I receive my flowers?
All deliveries are made on Tuesdays.
Your first bouquet will be delivered on the Tuesday after you place your order. (For orders placed on Tuesday, the first delivery will be the following Tuesday).
All subsequent deliveries will continue on Tuesdays according to the frequency you selected (fortnightly or monthly).
Delivery days may change. If that happens, we will notify customers by email as soon as possible.
4. What if there is no one home to receive the delivery?
Our drivers will leave the bouquet in a safe spot by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave your bouquet (eg. apartment building or locked gate), we will call you to make arrangements. If we cannot reach you, the bouquet will be returned to our studio, and a $16.50 fee will be charged for re-delivery.
5. I am giving the subscription as a gift, how will the recipient be informed?
We provide a complimentary gift tag with your flower subscription so you can include a personal message for your recipient! Simply write your message in the note section at checkout.
6. Can I have my bouquet sent to someone else?
Absolutely! You can easily redirect your bouquet to another address within Canberra at no extra cost, with delivery still taking place on your scheduled date. To request a redirection, we require 48 hours notice. Since deliveries are on Tuesdays (fortnightly or monthly), please let us know the name and address by the Sunday before via email.
